Oliver had no ID and so little prospects of working himself out of homelessness.  Born out of state, he needed ID to get a birth certificate and in Missouri needed a birth certificate to get an ID, CATCH 22, a frequent roadblock.

At MGM, we found Oliver's sister who lives not far away.  John, MGM's Director, drove to her home to complete Oliver's birth certificate application (in most states a sibling can apply for a b.c.).  John showed her how to text a pic of her ID to MGM's cell phone.  Pic was printed, money order obtained, and off in the mail.  Once received, and a few more papers filled out, MGM wrote the check that allowed Oliver to get his ID.  

Oliver started his job orientation at University Health on Monday.
